We made a few changes to our Nova Extreme series of light fixtures and started to ship the 2 lamp models to dealers last week. The two noticeable changes:
- New Reflectors! Yes, I know its been a big request. We redesigned the reflectors in these models to wrap around the lamp much more, making them very close to a true "individual reflector"
- New docking mounts slide into the fixture like our standard units. This allows the fixture to sit a few inches above the aquarium versus right on the glass top.
We'll be updating our website soon with more images, but I wanted to attach a few for everyone to see.

I just bought the 30" model recently and it has the flat reflector. I contacted the seller and he was no help, and I also contacted Current through their Contact Us link and no answer there either. How do I get one of the newer style reflectors?
The housing on this unit is different than our older style units - therefore we don't sell the reflector separately.
I'd try contacting a local dealer or one of the mail order companies, most of them have them in-stock. They've been quite popular so inventory has been a bit low on them, we have it shipment arriving next week so if your still having difficulty just let us know.
